4. The sliding vane pump has high requirements for the medium. If the medium contains particulate impurities, a filter must be installed. Compared with Nord pump, sliding vane pump capacity: product efficiency, mechanical efficiency is much lower, high energy consumption.
5. The outlet static pressure shall not be higher than 0.6MPa, otherwise it will seriously affect the suction performance and cannot meet the continuous work or even work under harsh working conditions.
6. The axial clearance of the sliding vane pump is generally above 0.1mm, and the clearance is large, so compared with the Nord pump, the self-priming capacity is poor, the efficiency is low, and the structure is loose, the volume is large, and the installation space is increased.
